If you conclude that our Services do not meet your requirements, you can contact us for a refund (if you purchased the use of our Services within the last 7 days).
Any refund is applicable only if delivery of the Services has not yet commenced.
Please note that proof of the Services having been commenced by Authxperts includes sending to you a confirmation message by email that we have begun the processing of your Application Form which requested use of our Services or any other valid proof that your documents are in process.
All refund requests for the Services provided by Authxperts must be pre-authorized by Authxperts.
To arrange a refund, complete the following steps:
Step 1. Determine Eligibility
If you wish to arrange a refund for the Services offered by Authxperts, we offer a 7-day money back guarantee, provided the delivery of the Services has not yet commenced.
Refunds are available to those customers who purchased (by cheque, online or by bank transfer) the Services within the last 7 days, as demonstrated by your proof of purchase information. If you have this receipt, please follow the instructions in Step 2.
Step 2. Email Your Proof of Purchase Along with the Reason for the Refund Request
To claim your refund, please forward the e-mail confirmation (receipt) to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the reason for the cancellation of the Services.
Payment for online orders on Authxperts is handled using Authorize.Net. Payment for any other orders on Authxperts is handled using Bank Wire Transfer, Paypal, Google Checkout or cheque. For each purchase from the Authxperts website you should have received an email confirmation following successful payment confirmation. Among other things, this email indicates the following:
- Customer Number, Order Number, or Invoice Number;
- Services Ordered;
- Date of Purchase;
- Price Paid.
If you are unable to locate your email receipt, you must give us your contact information and other details so that we can locate your order.
The information you send must include the following: your full name, estimated date of purchase, Services purchased, purchase price, and reason for cancelling the service.
The date of purchase must be within the last 7 days. Please e-mail this information to email@example.com
Step 3. Complete, Sign and Return your Statement of Cancellation of Services
We will send you an e-mail to notify you whether you are eligible for a refund based on the proof of purchase you have provided.
To receive a refund you must print, complete, sign and return the Statement of Cancellation of Services within 7 days following the purchase.
After Authxperts receives your properly completed and signed Statement of Cancellation of Services within 7 days following the purchase, Authxperts will provide a refund to you of the amount you paid for the Services, less USD 100 to cover bank or credit card processing services, distribution and support.
If your request for a refund is confirmed, a credit will be processed to your credit card account or your chosen bank account within 2 to 10 business days following confirmation of eligibility.
In the event of cancellation of the Services and, if we are in possession of any Documentation belonging to you, we will ensure that such Documentation is available for collection by you at our Dubai or US office address (as stated on our website) during normal business days. Please note that you must provide us with at least 72 hours written notice before you collect the Documentation. If you require our assistance to deliver the Documentation to you please note that there will be an additional charge payable by you for this assistance (including courier delivery charges), details of which can be provided to you should you wish to request our assistance.
